Application Requirements:

All external documents must come from the registrar and teachers directly.
Microsoft Word and/or Adobe PDF format ONLY.
No paper, handwritten, or photo submissions will be accepted. No phone calls will be accepted.

Summary of Requirements:

• High School Transcript
• A maximum of two recommendation letters from high school teacher ONLY for which the student was enrolled in their class, with one from a science teacher required
• Biographical information
• Four application paragraph questions
• A one page single spaced personal statement essay
